IRWA Chapter 57 recognized the first-ever recipients of the annual Duncan Bush IRWA Real Estate Appraisal Memorial Scholarship yesterday!  Congratulations to Jonathan Ontiveros, Matthew Sunderland, and Noble Tucker, R/W-AC!

Pictured below with the recipients are Duncan's widow, Kathy Bush, and his daughter, Ashley Bush, along with scholarship coordinator and dear friend to Duncan, Bob Perdue.  Thank you for being our guests yesterday, Kathy and Ashley.

About the Scholarship Fund:  The Duncan Bush Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to award a total of $15,000 in scholarships to active IRWA professionals who exemplify Duncan's enthusiasm for real estate learning and his passion for the IRWA. The Duncan Bush Memorial Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships, up to $1,000 annually, earmarked for Real Estate appraisal-related educational courses sponsored by the IRWA.
The application window opens January 1 and closes April 30 each year.
