We are Listening! Draft Traffic Relief Plan, Riverside County
The Riverside County Transportation Commission approved its draft Traffic Relief Plan on January 8 and is actively seeking feedback from the community. Come learn about transportation projects and services that are included in the draft plan, how you can provide input, and a possible future sales tax measure for Riverside County.

Cheryl Donahue joined the Riverside County Transportation Commission in January 2018 as the Commission's Public Affairs Manager. During her 33-year career, she has managed communications programs in the transportation and public education sectors.
Cheryl holds a bachelor's of science degree in communication arts and a minor in marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She is one of the founding members of the Inland Empire Chapter of Women's Transportation Seminar, a professional network dedicated to advancing women in the field of transportation.
An avid runner, Cheryl has completed marathons or half-marathons in 46 of the 50 states, is a long-time member of the Crossroads Rotary Club of San Bernardino/Loma Linda, and recently participated in the Tournament of Roses Parade.

Psomas’ Resource Management Team Leader, Ann Johnston focuses on finding solutions to project challenges due to their potential impact on natural resources. She specializes in the assessment and integration of biological data into environmental documentation in compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulations. Ann has 30 years of experience in Southern California providing clients with biological resources inventories/evaluations; sensitive species surveys; mitigation monitoring; resource agency permitting and processing; and conservation and strategic planning services.
A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in biology, Ann is a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar and The California Native Plant Society. She is based in Psomas’ Orange County office.
