Objective The Duncan Bush Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to award a total of $15,000 in scholarships to active IRWA professionals who exemplify Duncan's enthusiasm for real estate learning and his passion for the IRWA. The Duncan Bush Memorial Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships, up to $1,000 annually, earmarked for Real Estate appraisal-related educational courses sponsored by the IRW A. | Eligibility IRWA Inland Empire Chapter 57 welcomes and encourages members to apply for a Duncan Bush Memorial Scholarship. Scholarship applicants must be an active IRWA member in good standing. Scholarship funds can only be used toward the registration fee for eligible IRWA real estate appraisal courses. Courses must be completed within 2 years of presentation of the award (e.g., June 2024 awards must be used by May 31, 2026). |

This scholarship offers an impactful way to combine the RWIEF’s mission and values of past IRWA leaders. The goal of this program is to identify and support mid-cycle members who can be future IRWA leaders by funding their pursuit of IRWA credentials and professional development. One $2,500 scholarship toward IRWA education courses will be available to each of IRWA’s 68 Chapters within the 10 Regions. The RWIEF will fund the program (up to $170,000) for two years from June 2022 to May 2024. IRWA will manage the program.
