Feedback Requested re Principles of Right of Way Textbook, Appraisal Chapters

A small group of committed volunteers is updating the appraisal / valuation chapters in the International Right of Way Association's Principles of Right of Way Textbook:

• Chapter 10: The Appraiser and the Valuation Process;
• Chapter 11: The Appraisal of Partial Acquisitions. 

It is critical that, as the Authority on Right of Way and Infrastructure, IRWA's Textbook covers right of way specific appraisal topics comprehensively.  As an example of the problem, there is no treatment of appraising temporary easements in the current edition!

IRWA needs your expertise and feedback to help inform the update by taking this google forms survey:

• You may be named as a contributor to the updated Textbook for your substantial responses and contributions if used in Chapters 10 or 11.
• If you wish to remain anonymous, only your email address is required for clarification of responses. 
• We request responses to this voluntary survey and submittals of examples, case studies, images, or other materials no later than July 31, 2023.
